Wrapping up summer
I can’t believe I’m leaving for Penn on Friday. This summer felt pretty short, but when I think back to the things I did at the beginning of summer, they felt so far away. As most of you know, I’ve been tutoring/teaching the SATs this summer, and I just finished wrapping up my last tutoring session with a student. I found out today that he’s no longer retaking the test!...

I went to buy school supplies today, and it made me nostalgic remembering what it was like buying supplies for grade school. I remember checking my mailbox every day waiting for the letter that would carry my school supplies list (haha I know…nerdy), but I loved buying new crayons and scissors and glue. I love meeting random people at seven eleven mostly because I know that I would never get the chance to meet these people under normal circumstances. Today, I met a guy whose closest friend started Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie many years ago :D Those are two of my favorite stores, and I even wore an Urban dress just this morning to church…pretty neato
